Containing China: Oh, Sure!

Is there a psychiatrist in the house???  Yes, the Pentagon needs some serious psychoanalysis about this missile defense stuff.  I mean really!!!  Do we really think we can put the military heat on China.  Did we learn ANYTHING from the COLD WAR???  Evidently not!!!
